Savannah Fyfe is a licensed behavioral health clinician, consultant, and healthcare operations leader with extensive experience designing, developing, and optimizing behavioral health programs across the continuum of care.
With a clinical background and hands-on operational expertise, Savannah brings a unique perspective to organizations seeking to improve outcomes, strengthen compliance, enhance clinical systems, and build sustainable programs.
Throughout her career, Savannah has worked alongside behavioral health organizations providing strategic guidance in areas including substance use disorder treatment, mental health services, detoxification, residential care, PHP, IOP, outpatient services, and medication-assisted treatment programs.
She has supported organizations in developing clinical workflows, improving documentation practices, implementing technology solutions, preparing for accreditation and regulatory expectations, and aligning clinical operations with payer requirements.
Savannah holds active clinical licenses in South Carolina, Tennessee, and Ohio, with additional licensure pending in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
She combines clinical insight with operational strategy to help behavioral health organizations create programs that are not only compliant and effective, but also built for long-term success.
